Its been almost a year now and the at the center is bending really bad, but everything else is still sturdy and looks good.
UPDATE!
I hammer the at the center to straighten it out and Im surprised its still standing and hasnt moved back every since and I did it about 6 months ago. I changed from 3 to 4 star.
Despite the heavy package, assembly was very easy and sturdy enough for a large person.
The paint/ powder coating could be better with smooth finish.
The trundl moves easy under the bed with 6 inch mattress. Better directions.
We like the look of the bed, but my husband had a very hard time putting it together. Not everything lined up as it should so he had to force things in order to be able to have everything attached as necessary. He was eventually able to get it together though. Hopefully it will hold up! Not all material shipped.
Beautiful. I bought for my spare bedroom my granddaughters use when they sleep over. They love it and it looks very good in the room. I did replace the trundle with a popup trundle. Only small kids would be happy with something that low. The price was great and so is the quality. Very nice.
Had a slight dent in one of the poles but i think that was due to shipping and it isnt very noticeable. It was very easy to put together. It took me and mu husband about an hour to put it together. Would definitely buy again.
This is a decent daybed, but its not very sturdy. The box came damaged and opened, and the backboard tubing had been dented. I was able to bend out the dents (mostly), but there is still evidence and the paint has minor chips where the bend was. The box containing the strut holders was missing, and Ive reached out to the company to get them. Not sure if theyll help or not, but the bed is assembled and works (barely). Im confident that, like other reviewers said, the will bend easily when someone lays on it. Until I get a few sheets of plywood to put under the mattresses, nobody is going near this!
The bed fit together fine, and all the pieces matched. The material is a tubing, so it isnt very strong and needs a little TLC when assembling. I can see how easily a little bump of the box could have dented the tube, and theres no recourse if this happens because you cant push out a dent in a hollow tube. It came missing the strut supports, so perhaps this will make the bottom a bit stronger.
Putting together took time but was fairly easy. All tools are supplied, so you just have to dig in and start sticking in the bolts and sliding in the mattress support tubes. Took less than an hour and did this myself, having unpacked all the parts in the garage and carried them upstairs one or two tubes at a time. The hardest part was actually getting the parts out of the box and transported upstairs.
Would I buy this again? Probably not. Id look for something with a little heavier construction and more durable . Design looks nice, but its pretty flimsy. Super small!
Ive only had it for 4 months when the screws began to bust. Its wobbly and that is just with a 4 year old and 2 year old sleeping in both the day bed and trundle. Cant imagine if anyone over 100 pounds slept on it. Not super sturdy.

Cheap and barely effective
