Comfy, good looking chair. Only minor complaint is that the metal frame for the wheels came with a few small dings in it from manufacturing. Otherwise, good chair for the price. perfect.

This chair is pretty much everything i wanted. it looks nice in my office, lots of support, the seat is big and has great cushioning. I work from home and have spent a few long days in it and no complaint. The only thing is the seat tilts slightly forward. I cant figure out if its designed that way or it was put together wrong. Its only slight, but enough for me to notice. Still super comfy, just wish it was straight. I love that the arms go up and down and how soft the material is. Overall Im pretty happy! Awesome product.
We received a bad chair!! It had a defective height adjuster. We contacted the Seller, and received a very quick response. They tried very hard to help us fix it. Ultimately though it could not be fixed. We quickly received a full refund of our purchase price. The chairs rating is 0 (zero) stars; the Seller is getting a 5 star rating. This was a nightmare to assemble.
The chair is BEAUTIFUL; however, there is absolutely no back/neck/head support. And, like most desk chairs, the back portion slants so far back that I have to put 2/3 pillows behind me. If you are looking for support // this is not a good chair. Mainly I bought because I can raise the arms so the chair fits under my desk. Too much trouble to re/box and return. Oh, well, cant expect a winner with a chair ordered onlineneed to sit in them first. Money good to have.
I think that it is important to note that there are some things to lie about this chair. First, it is an inexpensive price point. Second, feels pleasant.
It seemed very very clear that this is a very cheaply made item. The components are very thin and light weight. I want to again, the chair is cheap. If you are expecting a lifetime item at this price point, probably not going to happen. If youre looking for a chair that will last you a year or two and can then be replaced, this may be a reasonable option. Does the job.
Great chair. It did take me about 30/40 min to build it as I was by myself. For the cushion of the chair its great it is very comfortable. For the aesthetic it looks good but im not a big fan of the material. The material is more like a felt/cheap feeling material than the nice velvet I was expecting. I will be reupholstering the chair with a different material but for the price its a great deal! Easy build,
This chair (gray version) is best suited for big and tall body types. Its so wide that my wife cant even rest both her elbows at the same time and she is 5.8. I personally think the padding on the back looks nice, but feels a little weird to me b/c it isnt even across your back, might help on hotter days though for air flow. Maybe if the indents werent so pronounced it would feel little more even. The back of the chair could be arched more to better support lumbar. Good for its value.
I wanted a comfortable, ergonomic chair that I could sit in for longer, paper/writing stretches of time. I also like to sit cross/legged so I wanted it to have a big, cushy base and flip/up arms. For the price, this was a good buy. I still ended up purchasing an ergonomic pillow for lumbar support but the chair is quite comfortable on the whole. My only complaint is that the material is a kind of plushy velour (the kind is textured/lighter/looking if brushed a certain direction). The pictures make it look like more of a plain fabric, however, given its other features (and the price), Im happy with it. Fit well,

Wheel is already broken and not even 2 months old But other wise a good comfy chair Just fine.
