The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! The frame is sturdy for the most part. Was a little challenging to line everything up to put it together. When securing 2 of the base pieces the wood started to split. But I was able to do it myself in an hour or so. Looks great.
For the money it is awesome! This bed is super solid! Heavy duty wood and great quality hardware. Directions were a little tough to follow but if you take your time its not so bad. I was able to build it by myself. Dont over tighten the screws.
Its a good bed and all and Im not going to bother with a return but Im angry its not white and doesnt match any of the white furniture. It is listed as white. As you can see its more odd white or even grey. Disappointed.
Love this bed except its not a real white color. It also came with a cracked headboard slat and I have been unable to get it taken care of. I just want headboard replaced! I do not want to return entire bed. This is the 3rd frame Ive purchased and never had a problem until now. This is for my 6 yr old granddaughter and Im terrified the slat will break and gouge her.
To settle the is it gray or is it white debate- let me tell you this bed is absolutely not white. I dont care enough to return it but it blends in with my grey/blue wall sadly. Its only been up for one day so I cant comment on the sturdiness but it does make creaking sounds when I sit on it (Im 125 lbs for reference).
Other than that I think its great. It was easy to put together, very cheap, and a decent buy for the price. Itll work great in our guest bedroom
Exactly what I paid for. Its great. I ordered 2 of these and upgraded both of my kids beds to a queen size. Instead of making a 2 hour drive to , I decided to try these beds and Im so glad I did. My 15yr old put them together. They were not too complicated. All the parts were there. They look really nice, seem to be sturdy, and the white color of the bed matches the white dressers they have. I could not be happier with this purchase. I highly recommend!
