The direction sheet was easy to understand since they had every hole and screw placement on every page of the drawings. They sent a door that had an extra hole in it. I wrote them, sent a couple of images, and they had a new door to me by return mail. Great service for a nice product.
This fits perfectly in my small bathroom. It holds more than you would think. The cost was very reasonable compared to other options. It is not fancy, but it gets the job done.
