Bed frame itself is good enough for the price. The twin is a little clunky looking, and the mattress basically just “floats” on top, but we made it work for our 4 y/o with an extra large duvet. Originally came with a broken part, and we had to receive a whole new bed just to replace one part, so that was a little annoying. You get what you pay for.
The bed has sharp edges on all the wood. the box is extremely heavy because it is all partial board I would love to return the bed but don’t know how to get it boxed up
The bed looks nice enough but what is super troubling is the corners of the bed. They protrude and are super sharp.
Both of our knees are super banged up and we just put it together this morning
Wish the headboard was taller. With my pillow top mattress, no box spring, you can barely see it behind the pillows. The mattress also doesn’t sit perfectly, so you can see the slats.
I gave this a 3 star because everything was good but there was a hole in my headboard and box. Came with good instructions, everything was good, but my headboard obviously had to be fixed.

Box arrived like someone played soccer with it so I was sure there was damage.
Upon opening box, there was another sealed box so that was a great relief.
The packaging within that second box was terrific.
First the color - Nothing Dark Chocolate about it. It is a Chesnut Brown/Deep Red NOT Dark Chocolate.
Second is the assembly instructions.
I am a home builder by trade and I found the instructions to be absolutely worthless.
Not bad instructions but absurd instructions.
I ditched them and used common sense.
You need to exercise great patience as there are six places where you can only do a 1/4 and 1/2 turn of the Allen key so have a small stool about 12 tall where you can sit and turn the bolts for a while. ( 4 corners and two of the legs)
Third, no way I am trusting these mattress support slats so definitely going to home depot and cutting two pieces of 7/16th sandy ply plywood as support.
Now, finally the good. Once you pass through all that...............
Wood is solid with some steel bars.
Once assembled the bed looks great.
Has a Pottery Barn feel to it.
Not sure how sturdy it is yet but once assembled it appears to be quite sturdy.
Overall great looking product if you can have patience with the assembly portion.
Well the packaging was a little bit torn. But after I opened it up and started to assemble the frame. I notice the scratches and dents. I am very disappointed in the packaging inside and out. I should have returned this bed frame. I hope others didn’t run into this issue. But we needed a bed in the spare bedroom.
I really like this style of bed. Its a little bit lower to the floor than my previous bed but I actually like it. The set up was pretty stress-free but there were a couple of pieces missing. My husband was able to make a quick trip to the store for them though. I was a little worried that the bed would creak but it is actually very quiet and doesnt make a sound. Im really excited to start decorating around this bedframe!
Bed looks like you paid a lot, good quality. Sturdy and fairly simple to put together. The only draw back was that holes have to be drilled in the frame for each board plank to hold the mattress. It was simple for me because I have a drill and have drilled and screwed in the screws before. I was a bit surprised that the bed frame wasn’t predrilled for the planks and it was not indicated in the instructions.

Love the way this looks in our room. Pretty cheap for the quality received. Doesn’t make any noise or creaks.
