Great construction, sturdy, hefty, well made bed!

Cant understand the bad reviews due to sturdiness. This is a really well engineered daybed. As far as I can tell, for a person my size to use daily, it has more support than any bed Ive owned in the past. No squeaking, not wiggly, the parts and construction force the bed to be square. I can see if one didnt follow instructions or left parts out that might lead to a bed collapse? Anything can happen I guess. I was impressed by the additional lengths the maker goes to to ensure the least amount of metal on metal friction. Little plastic covers on the support beams ensure the least squeaking-Im sure. Together with a mattress that comes to my front door, compressed into a giant burrito roll, what more can anyone ask? No need for a box spring, a six or eight inch mattress leaves plenty of room for bolsters or pillows along the back, yet still see the beds form. So far so good, only my second night on it. Its a lovely Victorian style, cannon ball, black brass daybed. No chips or scratches, didnt scratch during construction, despite plenty of moving the parts around, dropping them, etc. and for the price Id recommend it highly.

Dont hesitate... buy this bed frame!

I purchased this daybed for the style and the price. Needless to say- it was super-easy to assemble and my daughter loves it. DO NOT purchase another daybed for a higher price... this one is awesome!

    Daybed

I am happy so far with my daybed. It was rather easy to put together though there were a lot of parts. It came with instructions manual. Using it as a bed for a person around 180 lbs. no squeaks so far. I love my daybed although one of the slats was too short to fit correctly. I contacted and told me all I could do would be send the bed back. No way! Too much effort in putting it together to find out at the last one slat is too short. They offered me $10. to keep bed and use as is. But the bed still holds up after a week of use. I dont foresee any problems at this time with normal use. My problem is with the people who make and package the beds. Try to get ahold of them. Lol

    Cannot use with a trundle

Breeze to assemble! I was able to do it all by myself, with 3 small kids running around, in about an hour. The metal is a dark bronze color—almost black. All the parts were included, even a few extra of each screw type. I deducted a star because it was not clear in the listing that there are support bars under the frame which will prohibit me being able to put a trundle underneath. That was our plan and Im very disappointed it wasnt more clear when I purchased it. No option to return without paying a huge shipping cost. So, unfortunately, when the pandemic is over and were back to having kids sleepover we might need a different frame.

    Great Day Bed!

The bed was perfect for our guest room / study . It was easy to assemble, took me 30 mins. no screwdrivers needed, just hexagonal wrench that was included. Fits twin bed perfectly with space under for storage.
