I got this item and it was first damaged and stained up on the white bench and the legs were wobbly and a couple of the black grippers were missing. I was more concerned with my white being stained pink though. I get the new bench sent 2 months later and the legs are now missing and I cannot assemble it. I had ALREADY sent back the previous bench. What does one do in this situation. The company customer reps are not responsive and are careless. s needs to dubetter. They do not care for their customers and send out poorly packaged products! it would have been super cute had it been properly packaged to avoid damaged and missing items.
Bench is just what we were looking for - the right size, fits perfectly and looks really . Love that it got delivered way early , just in term for our guests. Highly recommend.
Overall ok bench. But was disappointed that all legs came with scratches and marring on the legs like pictured. Underside inside pocket had a rip in it but was less concerned as it is out of sight hidden.

I use this for an ottoman, but it’s sturdy enough I can use it for seating when guests come over. Easy to assemble and looks great!
