Wow I’m amazed by this rainfall and handheld shower set... it works perfectly and there were no issues getting it installed.
This shower set looks beautiful and the pieces feel heavy with good quality material used. I had to get a professional to install this set as I have no idea where to start, they had no problems with installing it and they said it was quite easy with simple instructions and everything was included.
The rainfall feels amazing and it truly feels like rain, it’s very relaxing. The pressure is just right for me with both the shower and the handheld.
Overall I’m loving this shower system set and it feels like something that will last a life time.
Purchased and had it installed had problems with the valve body itself it wasn’t drilled out correctly therefore illuminating most hot water however they didn’t hesitate to replace the whole thing I’d buy from them again and again a good vendor
This is an excellent shower system that incorporates a handheld and rainfall showerhead. It’s perfectly crafted out of solid brass and excellent quality components. It has a very elegant, high class appeal that looks great in any shower. This shower system produces an excellent rain like experience, or a more traditional shower experience while using the handheld showerhead. It has smooth, quiet and properly functioning dials, and anti-scalding that slows the speed of water temperature changes. The 5 year warranty is very good. It delivers a relaxing shower experience. This is a perfect shower system that is exactly as described.
This company, , has wonderful customer service. One of our tiny rubber water points on the shower head and come off. I had to search for an email as does not make it easy to reach the company, but I prevailed and received a response within 24 hours. I sent photos and I was told to sit tight and be patient, which I did. Within two weeks I received a bag of rubber points, free of charge. Things happen but, they were on it. I absolutely love my black shower system that was put in in 2021 after waiting because of Covid. Our plumber/tiler/installer remarked that it was of a good weight and solid. Pressure is great on both the shower head and hand held sprayer. It has style. Many others were much more money. Thank you to the woman who helped me and followed through. Don’t hesitate to buy.
