It is a medium grey with microfiber and actually very comfortable. I gave it three stars to reflect the drastic difference between the comfort vs quality. I guess I didnt expect great quality for the price so I got what I paid for. The chair is wobbly once assembled; it feels as if the slide joints will eventually wobble apart if used frequently. You can feel the metal slide joints flex and hear them move as you sit in and adjust your body in the chair. Put it together where you will use it as we had to remove the legs to fit through a standard bedroom door. Also difficult to move because the slide joints will disassemble if you pick it up by the wrong section. It looks very nice from the front. not so much from the back.
The legs on this chair look longer on the site than actually are. The chair sits maybe a foot off the floor. Definitely not for tall or larger people. It is comfortable but better suited to children.
Prompt delivery was nice. Chair is definitely not dark grey as indicated. More light to medium grey and its a blue grey...so be aware. Most of the current greys in style are a taupe-grey---this is not. The chair is held together by latches and the back has a pull tight piece of cloth that attaches at the bottom with Velcro. You might not want this chair is the back is exposed to public viewing.
The chair Is actually pretty comfortable, but it does look kinda cheap. Just depends on what you are looking for. I am not going to keep it in my house after seeing it, but I will put it in a rental unit.
This chair does not look like the one I requested. It looks light grey in color and the back doesnt have a center button like the advertised chair. What I received is not what I ordered.

Color and style of chair was different than what I ordered!
