Okay, truth. I almost didnt buy this due to installation. What if all pieces werent there? What if predrilled holes for screws werent done correctly. I dont have power tools to correct a manufacturers mistake. I wanted to buy local, already assembled. Couldnt find anything so placed order. Item arrived (heavy!) and within 2 hours (solo installation) the desk was done and I couldnt be happier. I didnt even have to reference a youtube video or do one search for help (Nice!!) The only item I found confusing / dont laugh for those of you so advanced in DIY / was the hardware to assemble the top of the desk. What was 1 page of illustration for instructions, in my opinion, should have been 3 to better assist.
Heres my big help: When you attach the desk top, (1) screw the black/brass hardware into the desk top holes. (2) Install the silver round locking hardware, arrow up, in desk frame. (3) Then, situate the desk top in place to the base lock in the hardware doing clockwise turn. Ahem, I said, dont laugh. This item tripped me up the most. I was so happy to have it figured out. Made total sense, but took a hot minute to get there!
Conclusion: Very lovely finished piece. Buy with confidence.
Absolutely love this desk. It fit perfectly in my space and looks classy. Its sturdy enough for laptops and books. The drawers are also nice. I a very pleased with my purchase.

The company reached out corrected the wrong with a full refund.
The box was damaged and had a huge hole in the side. Upon arrival i could hear screws and hardware rolling around inside the box. The top of the desk was broken and not usable. The metal parts where bent and it was missing at least half of the hardware.

I was not happy with the desk however the company gave me a full refund because of my dissatisfaction. They were easy to work with
