There was a problem but they fixed it fast Very happy with this purchase!! I didnt have help putting it together. The instructions were pretty clear and the pictures were also helpful. Since I did it alone it took longer than 2 1/2 hrs. But I am proud of myself that I did it. It works perfectly in my small guest room that will double for my workout space. Its been less than a month and only an adult slept in it once in the twin configuration. No complaints. I do, as other reviews noted, stack the second mattress on top since it cant be stored underneath. Happy that I decided on this one out of the many variations of this type of daybed out there.

I also purchased the assembly package. It took 2 guys 3 hours to put together and thankfully before they left, I pulled out the bed to make sure it was correct. It was not so they went back to correct their error and now it is perfect after they added the additional slats. They mentioned it was one of the more complicated items to assemble.

The under-bed storage is a fantastic feature.
We have laughed often since using this guest bed: the smiling woman in the demo video single-handedly (literally) pulls out the drawers and flips the mattresses to set up the bed. Easy-breezy. In our experience, this is a two-person task that includes a lot of grunting.
The bed is quite attractive as a daybed/couch in our guest room as well.

I just find it very hard to understand how I purchased something over $300 and the instructions are so poorly written. The video doesnt help. And I used a drill despite their recommendation. Not all of the pre-holes were made, just utterly confused and annoyed.
Perfect Fit our needs This bed works pretty well for what it is. The only big issue weve had is pulling it out we have to work with it to get it even and we had to add plywood for extra sturdiness when adults are sleeping in it.
Definitely a great buy! Bedroom is used for a childs room, needed a bed that expands for company. Didnt want a trundle with one mattress thats lower then the other mattress. This bed frame pulls out to the larger bedframe easily. Only drawback is what mattress padding to use for the newly expanded part of the bed since it cant be stored underneath. Weve got some pads to put down that work. Id rather have more space to store a mattress then the shallow drawers under it. Materials seem sturdy so far, no issues

First time my 9 year old slept in it - it broke.bad design cheap material.

Read before you buy Its great for my daughter but the draws kept coming out of the tracks
