Only thing is I wish they had come in a darker wood color
Very impressed with thes canadian made pieces of furniture. Had a damaged pie e and contacted the maker. Within 2 days we had a replacement. Would buy again from this company.
I saw some complaints about this in the reviews, but I bought it anyway. It was not hard to put together, just follow the directions step by step. Someone complained that the back was cardboard. On mine it was wood that fit into a track on the top, bottom, and sides. I definitely recommend this cabinet.
I am enjoying this cabinet. It was simple enough to assemble (I did have to pre-drill some pilot holes that were missed). The doors and sides are only kind of sturdy and need handled with respect. No toddlers yanking, pulling, or slamming! Overall the cabinet is sturdy. I did accidentally chip the enamel with my not-so-long nail the other day, which was surprising to me. I touched it up with paint to protect and hide the chip. For the price, I am satisfied.
I have moved from a larger house to a smaller one that has MUCH less storage capacity! I have had to find, purchase, and build several different storage cabinets.
On , seems to have the best materials, best instructions, plus they give you extras of the bolts, screws, etc.
I made one cabinet in black from another company and decided white would look better. Because I wasnt thrilled with the black cabinet, I ordered from . The cabinets were, as far as appearance, pretty much the same, but the methods for putting them together were different. For instance, instead of simply nailing or screwing on the back (which is a thinner piece of material), the had groves to slide the two back sections into the unit. That was not only A LOT easier, it looked a lot better, too.
When I received the item I was shocked by how damaged the box was, crushed and broken corners as well as rips on the the front side of the box, a real mess! Upon opening I was very happy to see how well the packaging protected the item. All pieces were perfect and the assembly went well with all the screws being aligned. I am very happy with my purchase. I did contact the seller to advise about the so very damaged box and they quickly responded and was willing to replace any damaged pieces. I do feel their quick response and willingness to correct any issue was appreciated. I do believe UPS and their handling of the package should be more accountable.
I am very pleased with the cabinet and its uniqueness!
It is a good product overall, however when putting the screws in the paint was easily chipped. Some of the wood came chipped which didnt make it look as nice....

The style and sturdiness
