Just received this chair and was about to call to replace the missing parts (back pillow seat legs) however they are located in a zipper under the seat. This chaise lounge chair is super classy looking and is comfortable. Hope this helps!

I so love this in my Master bedroom it fits the space perfect. Setup was super easy my 13 year old son did it he even found the legs when I thought they were missing lol. The delivery guy/service was AWESOME SAUCE. He was polite and helpful. LOVE LOVE LOVE
Not a five stars for me because the legs kind making a metal squeaky sound every time I sit on. Not sure if the material or the way I install the leg was too tight? Anyway, apart from that, the product is in good shape upon shipping and the material is pretty good for the price. Really comfortable but I cant say the durability yet since I just got it today. But so far so good, no damage or anything. Love it! This product is pretty decent for the price
