I love this bed! It was delivered in a timely manner, all parts included. My only complaint is that the instructions were missing. Luckily we were able to watch YouTube for assistance. This bed is just as described and super comfy!
Having a hard time getting an answer from the company or . Seems my only option is to replace the whole set. Can’t get just a headboard and night stand. Product is very nice outside of the two pictures. I would like it fixed one way or another but it seems impossible at the moment
Had I measured I probably wouldn’t have gotten this bed because it’s HUGE! I’m super glad I didn’t measure because it’s my favorite bed and I want it to last forever. The gray color is shiny and very pretty. Dog hair doesn’t seem to draw to it like other fabrics. The construction is solid! The storage bench is perfect for sheets and blankets. Some missing slats, otherwise all parts were in the box. I’m glad I waited for my husband to put it together. It took us an hour and a half, so double that alone.
Great value. The original box was missing 3 parts. However the customer service was outstanding and a new one was shipped out immediately with apologies. I would definitely recommend this seller
Great quality. We received this furniture yesterday and everything was assembled except for the bed frame. It was a breeze to put together, as long as you can follow directions. It took us less than an hr to put the bed frame together. All the parts came in cardboard boxes wrapped in cellophane and correctly protected against damage during shipment. The dresser was the heaviest part of the whole set and it came pre-assembled. Everything else was pretty light. Im waiting to see how the frame and whatnot hold up long term but so far, were satisfied.
The delivery was also timely. The freight company who delivered the furniture was on time and helped place the boxes in my apartment. I wasnt too keen on having a 12hr window but thats not the sellers fault, thats s thing.
Great bed and nightstand set. Comes in a few different boxes and relatively easy to assemble. Quite sturdy. The bed is not overwhelmingly large as depicted in the picture but fits well in the room we bought it for.
