The cushions are firm but I feel like theyll definitely hold up for many years, which is a definite plus with having 4 kids ranging from 2-10 years old.
We have a narrow entry down into our basement movie room. This was a big concern for us, as weve had to pass on several adorable couches. I included pictures of how tall the boxes are (with the boxes dimensions).
I probably read every single review before I purchased. Some said the back supports werent strong enough. Maybe its just because I have a super macho husband, but it is imperative to tightened it tight enough on the back frame. It uses lock washers, and if not tightened enough then youll definitely feel like its poorly made. I got worried with one area in particular, then we tightened if a bit more and it was great.
Watch out for the cushion stuffed in the framework of the ottoman. Its in there super tight. I could see how some reviewers couldve ripped the fabric. We put on gloves (because of the scratchy wood framing) and curled a corner inward as we pulled it out.

This couch is surprisingly good. Really didnt think a good quality couch can come from 3 boxes. Its a little stiff but still comfortable. Easy to put together. This couch gave us so much more room in our living room. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect apartment couch!
