The couch is pretty comfy....its a bit firm though I like firm and Im sure over time it will soften out anyways. The instructions were hard to follow, I had it assembled for by professionals essentially and even they had a hard time to understand the instructions....the drawings are not quite like the pieces are in reality. Also this couch is way bigger than I expected, it came in 3 big boxes! So far Im in love with it though and even though its bigger than I thought it still fits in my small living room nicely.
Okay so this was tricky to assemble by myself. The cushion under the ottoman was insanely hard to pull out! I made it happen though! The cushions were very wrinkly but I just used my little hand held steamer and it looks great now. The back rests arent super sturdy honestly but I have it cornered against the wall. I think after its broken in a bit - itll be great. The dogs love it :)

Ive had this couch for 2 weeks. It arrived on the scheduled delivery date even with inclement weather. It arrived in 3 boxes. Two refrigerator size boxes and one hip height size. The instructions were in the middle size box. Read the instructions first before assembly. Cushions and tools are hidden inside the Velcro of the couch. The instructions were pretty easy. The couch is firm but still comfortable. Ive slept on it just fine. My roommate and I love it. Its the perfect size for both of us to lay down. We already had a coffee table so I use the ottoman as extra seating for guests. I thought the ottoman was a storage one but its not. Bummer. The only annoying or minor issues were how tight the top cushion for the ottoman is stored inside of it. BE CAREFUL when taking it out. See picture of the tear above. Its minor but couldve been worse if not paying attention. Also, one of the holes wasnt punctured through the fabric so we couldnt align things properly. We ended up using a knife to make our own hole. Then, theres two metal pieces that help connect the sectional. The first one fit perfectly but then the second one didnt go in, which is why in the picture we just used both in the same insert. Lastly, the only cushion that has Velcro is the ottoman. The cough ones easily slide out. The only annoying one is the L-shaped area. All these issues are minor and can be easily fixed. I would still purchase this couch again. You cant beat the price for this size.
The couch its super nice!!!! Sturdy and perfect for my new apartment. I was missing a long screw to atach the back of the long piece but I was able to only use two so hopefully it lasts and doesnt break. Color its nice but a bit lighter then I was hoping for. (Dont mind my living room since I still have to hang curtains, etc.) overall very happy with my purchase and dont forget the amazing price!!!
It arrived a full week sooner than expected. Came in three different boxes. Two huge boxes and one medium box. Assembly Was pretty simple, took about an hour to in box and assemble by myself. Cushions were VERY firm at first but have started to soften. The fabric is a little rough, almost like denim. Makes clean up easy. Cushions do slide around pretty easily. Overall Im pretty impressed. Ive received many complements and would recommend.
Very excited about this sectional. After reading reviews I decided to purchase and Im very glad I did. Couch is sturdy and looks great. The grey fabric is very modern and seems durable. Comes with connectors to keep the sofa and chaise together - very important if you have hardwood floors!
The couch is quite comfortable, very good buy for this price range. Assembling is easy, you just have to follow the instructions and make sure you get all the parts from within the frame.
Originally, wed been looking to buy this from Wayfair for twice the price (hadnt searched for sectionals) but they ended up giving us a one month delivery. Cancelled their order and accidentally found the same one here on and recieved it in less than a week! The fabric is kind of scratchy feeling but overall its an awesome buy. Its really firm at first but softens up and assembly was simple. Seems well constructed as well.
Its kind of cheap feeling, VERY firm, but its good for a starter couch for us (we didnt want an expensive/nice couch) since we have cats and small children. If it lasts a few years then itll have served its purpose.

The hooks to anchor both couches together were nonexistent but the rest is really cool. Very firm but nicely done
