The ONLY reason Im giving it 4 stars is because the gray is more of a blue-ish/teal color but its still a really nice color.
I only paid for them to bring it into a room and there were some pros and cons to that.
PROs:
-They took all 3 boxes up the stairs
-I saved $129.99
CONs:
-Moving the boxes around my room to make space (The boxes are HUGE and heavy)
-Getting everything out of the boxes and plastic sucked
-Cleaning up all the wood shavings, plastic and boxes (Getting the boxes back down my stairs and out the house was a issues in its self)
Also, I wanted to use my box spring instead of the slats but my box spring would not fit due to the wood thats attached to the inside of the side rails (made for the slats to sit on).
I was able to put it together by myself (Im 52, 120lbs) BUT it was time consuming and I got wood dust in my eye at one point.
Overall I was sooooo excited to finally get to sleep in it. It truly is a beautiful piece.
The only bed I’ve wanted since moving into my own space. Love love love LOVE this bed! I didn’t assemble paid for someone to do it. Only took him about 1 and half hours, but it’s worth the price the storage is deep, put all my clothes and still had more space *i had 2 big buckets of clothes* , I didn’t use a boxspring, the mattress is what’s on the planks and it’s perfect. The velvet is soft and it doubles as a bench. Really can’t go wrong here. Side note, it’s comes in three boxes, two looked like they’ve been in a fight (damage on the outside) but they pieces came wrapped and no damage to the actual pieces
The night stand itself is decent but the packaging they use to shop with is very cheap. The cardboard box was like paper. I guess it was dropped at some point during shipping and the corner was damaged.
The furniture is really nice but the color is not white. It is more of an ivory color which did not match other furniture in my room. I really had expected white but have kept the furniture as the price was good. Advertising should not mislead the customer to assume it truly is white. I understand it is paintable.
the first time i ordered this bed they gave me 2 right legs instead of a left and a right so i reordered it and they send me a replacement .. i was upset that i had to wait another 8 days for the replacement but i was so happy witht the outcome.. this bed is GORGEOUS! I bought in in pearl white. so elegant and so worth it !
The first bed came broken in several areas due to there being forklift holes in the boxes. The headboard had zero protection packaging inside the box which left the corner of the frame completely broken. replaced the bed with a new one and the 2nd one came intact but the top parts of the storage areas are made out of the cheapest plywood they could find, every time I kneel on one side I hear cracking which has made me paranoid that its going to break. I guess Ill have to have my husband put reinforcement pieces of wood to make it more durable. Other than all that I love the bed tremendously, its beautiful but made of the cheapest plywood.
The delivery guys seemed in a rush and my boxes had dents and holes in them. Luckily, the item was ok. This comes in 3 HUGE boxes! Make sure to measure before purchasing. I got the Queen. A king would not have fit down the hall. And once built, it is massive. The color is exactly what I expected! Royal blue. The velvet is so soft and looks great. Even the cat likes it! If you look at the photos you can see how tall the bed is if you use a box spring. I like it this way. Some people may have trouble getting on and off as there is a storage box all around the bed.
Negative- the base of storage boxes does not have anything to hold it up. That is to say, it lays on the floor and had some gaps between the frames but it’s not a big deal. I noticed that if I lean or stand in the bench lids, there is a cracking noise. Sounds like it’s gonna break. I stopped doing that, problem solved. Sitting on it is fine.
In conclusion, I love it and would recommend it to all who like the style and/or need extra storage.

The bed was very very easy to put together, the dresser and night stand i struggled quite a bit with! They look great all put together. The wood smells kinda funny hopefully it will go away the longer its set up.
The bed itself Is beautiful, however due to the plastic for the slats this causes alot of imbalances and unevenness, would be better if slats were one size right across. Bed also does not accommodate a king mattress it is a very snug fit having to force mattress into the sides.
The bed is sturdy and has a great look. It wasn’t terrible to put together, which I did on my own. The 4 star rating is due to the fact the foot board end would not line up straight. I followed the directions and even tried re-adjusting, but it would not line up properly. Thankfully the comforter covers it.

Cheap packaging used to ship

Beautiful bed but has some quirks
