Experienced problems with delivery (FedEx dumped the items on a lower entryway and I had to pay someone to assist me with carrying it up stairs to my apartment level), but not sellers fault. Items look good and are functional, and in my inexpert opinion, a good value for the price (set up was fairly easy, although the bed took a bit of work). Importantly, two drawers were damaged during delivery (cracked), and upon contacting seller, seller replaced with no problem once I provided photos of damage. All-in-all, a good set and a good experience.
Except shipping time was too long (14day for my orders and i have to call to get update few times as est delivery was not right) . Everything is perfect. Do recommend. The bed is so worth and gorgeous. Look so much fancy and luxury for the price and quality. Excellent product!!!
Didnt take too long to put it together, with the correct tool, they provide a tool that will do the job but will hurt your hand. Get a hex head set or star bit set for a power screw gun. An extension, a flexible neck extension will do great, the bed is wonderful and big. Almost two years now and Im still in love with my bed,
DELIVERY: Quick, 3-day delivery.
PACKAGING: 5 heavy boxes, each piece buffered with a thin protective layer and styrofoam.
ASSEMBLY: Takes time. One evening for the bed frame. One evening for the night stand. One morning for the chest of drawers. There are several pieces to assemble using a Philips screwdriver. A small drill comes in handy but is not required. Be sure to follow the instructions and pay attention to which way the holes face in the picture. They are pictured that way for a reason. As for drawer alignment, you can slide the drawer face right/left or up/down and then tighten it in place. Follow direction.
COLOR: There are many shades of white. This is a darker shade of white. It is not stark white or trim white and could be considered as a very light cream color.
FINAL PRODUCT: Love it and would recommend this product.
