Bed is fine in general, but one of the guardrails (part 5) isnt working. Were not able to screw it in / looks like the threaded holes werent drilled right. The other part 5 piece worked fine.
This loft bed was very easy to assemble, and I, a single mother built this with no help. The bed is very sturdy, and saves space in my daughters tiny room. Looks great.
Despite the packaging being poor, the bed arrived in good shape. With the assistance of two of my children, we had it assembled in about an hour and a half, but we could have moved faster. The instructions seemed pretty clear and it went together easily. My advice is lay out all the pieces and take your time. The bed is a little creaky, and I duck taped noodles on the ladder, but the kids like it and its roomier than I imagined. But it still works great.
Works pretty well! Sturdy and tall just like we needed to fit a crib underneath! The stairs are uncomfortable, we havent found a solution for that yet. M son is 4 and has a little bit of difficulty getting up and down, but Im sure once hes used to it, it wont be so bad. Could be little cheaper.
I bought this for my daughter because her room is small. She didnt like the height on it (our ceilings are about 7 feet). We just trimmed the legs down to the bottom rung and its a perfect fit!! Lots of space.
Love it. A little hard to put together (for me personally but Im 411 and not the strongest haha) I wish there was more protection bc there were some scuffs and a ding right out of the box. But it looks good overall and my daughter loves it. Buy It.
