I was SO looking forward to using these to store my hoodies. After assembling them, it cleared the foot board of the bed perfectly but I didn’t account for the metal frame. I’m SO disappointed. The wheels work great on rugs, and the leather handle is a great touch. I don’t want to disassemble to return them, so I’ll be reselling. SO bummed.
I bought two of these and use them under my bed in lieu of a dresser because my bedroom doesnt have room for a dresser, and it works absolutely wonderful.
I am thinking about buying 2 more! It rolls nicely without damaging my hardwood, it is well designed and sturdy, and its the perfect size to fit under my bed in the unutilized space there.
If you have a small apartment or house like mine, I highly recommend these in place of the traditional bulky dressers
If you want a platform style bed with extra storage, this will fit the bill. The cubi storage is great for whatever items you want stored away but at easy reach. Assembly is time consuming but not particularly difficult. Once assembled the unit is rather heavy. I bought the espresso and it looks great in the room with blue walls.
These are amazing! From opening the box to putting together. Just as I hoped they would be. The packaging of all it ms needed to put together alone was awesome as you can see from the pics. Even the foam was wrapped in plastic. Closet maid could take some lessons in packaging. Can’t stand when the styrofoam gets everywhere!!!
If you are planing to put this together by yourself, allow me to save you some time:
1) Put together a list of creative existential curses
2) Place soft things around the room so thrown tools have a safe crash mat to land on.
3) Practice throwing your arms up in frustration.
4) While cooking dinner, circle the individual ingredients with hate in your eyes and heart. This will prepare you for assembly better than you know
5) Accept that there are just some things in life that are not meant to be done alone and call a friend. Preferably one who owes you a large favor or one you dont mind losing.
Once assembled the bed is fine and sturdy so far. Though my dog still does wellness checks on me every time I go into the room it is in.
One mildly serious gripe. I needed to go out and buy some joint connector nuts as not enough were included with the rest of the hardware

A nice storage option
Easy to assemble. I appreciate that the wheels and their brackets are not plastic. The upholstered front is a nice touch.

Some parts dont line up
Overall, easy to assemble. 2 boards had holes drilled reverse. I simply drilled additional holes and all was well.
