I dont like the baggie Ness and boots are not as warm as I thought they would be being to big Im happy they sent a belt with these or they would never stay in place I am more upset at myself for ordering size 10 when a 9 would been so much better i am a 164 lbs and 57 /8 ? Male and these feel so big on me love the color love the extra belt with it would not be so easy to loose its not connected to the waders easy to get left behind .
Tried them the first time today, and Im really happy. Quality with seams, stitching, zippers, buckles, all look and work great. For the record, Im 59 30in inseam, 180, fit build and choose med. The size is almost perfect. I say almost as I used them in a peddle drive kayak and could use a tad more inseam room for peddling, but not bad at all. Walking, bending over, setting up the gear in the kayak and no tightness. My shoe size is about 8-8.5 so youll need to go up a couple sizes for footwear. I wore dollar store fake crocks.
Kept me warm with a thermal layer underneath, water and fish slime, run right off. I also went up waist height in water and fished a little, again they felt great. Obviously no leaks.
Should get good use of these over the coming months to see how the quality holds up.
One thing.. I didnt get a patch kit in my order. Hope I dont need it, but because Im landing fish around my legs, a hook puncture may happen. So for the seller if youre reading this, Id appreciate the patch kit.
Also for the seller. Should I be doing anything to help the longevity of them such as seam sealing or other type water proof maintenance?
Update after dozens of uses. Holding up great. And many days walking along bogs and in weeds along shorelines. These things are fantastic. I have their boots too.
Good quality warm waders, only used them a couple times but they seem like they will last a long time. I got size 12 and I usually wear size 12 shoes and they fit me perfectly.
I was expecting these to be paper thin and not good quality. I WAS WRONG! Ladies and gents the shoe size is actually accurate! Usually I get size 13 and my toes feel like sardines squished in there, or the opposite being my feet feeling a hotdog being thrown down a hallway….
Finally. FINALLY! Found my forever brand. Hopefully this was a helpful review. Now do yourself and the toes a favor and get some!
