This has been a great sized trampoline for our two boys and their friends. Unfortunately the jumping pad lost some spring attachments after only 4 months of use. When I contacted customer service Celine was very helpful and efficient in providing a replacement jumping Matt and a new safety Matt which had also come apart at the seams in several spots.
Product was estimated for delivery on June 7th-10th. Seller messaged on June 3rd to let me know details and that was nice touch. It was delivered on June 12th, so a bit late but not a big deal.
However, items were missing that were shown in picture and description. Description included lights, remote socks and picture shows sprinkler system. None of those were in the box. The instructions are really bad and dont properly show connections and describes long and short screws both as short screws (numbering system was correct though). Overall it was not that difficult to install so getting past the poor instructions was ok.
Messaged seller and I see other comments suggesting it is not what is shown so wanted to post this so other buyers would be aware of the problem. Will update if seller responds and sends missing items.
Update : Spoke to Customer Service and the additional parts were sent in separate package. This arrived a couple days later. So, overall the product met my expectations
Just as described. Bought it for grand kids and they love it. Being as it mid-summer in the midwest the sprinkler is awesome for the many hot days. We compared MANY and even at places other than and this had the best reviews and is perfect. It came quickly also.
I like everything about this trampoline except for the net installation took forever to thread the bottom of the net to the loops. It only took an hour and a half to put together without the net. It is a great trampoline and my kids love it! They live on it now. They are out jumping at night even. It’s sturdy but the net gives just the right amount. Great for our whole family!
We purchased this mat for a Skywalker 13x13 square trampoline, and it was to replace the original Skywalker mat that had torn over time with use. While the mat fits, we cant say that were confident it will last very long. Its noticeably thinner and cheaper quality than the Skywalker mat that came on the trampoline when purchased. We bought this mat because it was $50 less expensive than the Skywalker mat. Ergo -- you get what you pay for.
I honestly think this product is very good for exercising lol！i want to say that the trampoline quality is very good .it is big.it has plenty of room for tow kids play togeter. Its safer to install it on the grass than on the ground . Its not easy to clean because is big but its much safer than going out play wonderful birthday gift for my kids
We ordered this and it came quickly. We installed it easily within an hour. It fits perfect and is just like the original one. Highly recommend this product.
The directions are so vague that we put all the T- bars on upside down, and didnt know thay until the step where the trampoline jumping surface goes on.
Then upon disassembling, 3 of the stationary nuts up inside the recess of the T-bars broke, meaning that we had to hacksaw the bolt heads off to get them out and buy new ones.
The weight limit is pretty low too. In retrospect, I would prefer tp have made this purchase through Costco or a local store where the weight limit is higher, and it could easily be returned, and theyre less expensive.

Mat not as good quality as Skywalker
