This is a great product and very easy to assemble but I am highly disappointed that my brand new, out of the box jumping mat has a hole. Literally was in the process of putting up the safety net and noticed the hole in the jumping mat. When I pay nearly $400 for a product I do not expect it to come defected. This was a gift for my daughters birthday and has been quite the disappointment.
One of the poles that holds the net, bent. Instructions are just pictures. If your not good with putting things together like I am, this isnt a task for you. It is very simple though....if you have common sense. Im a female and I put it together by myself.
This trampoline was a clear upgrade from our previous one...especially in the safety department. This 10 ft trampoline has a ladder for getting in and out, has padded bars that are bowed out to limit the child from coming into contact with them when jumping and falling, and the coils that attach the flooring to the outside ring are on the OUTSIDE of the net enclosure instead of on the inside. All of these are improvements from the one we had purchased 9 years ago. The lights around the top are what we were the most excited about...adding a level of fun we hadnt had before that sets this one apart from the rest! The instructions were simple to follow with all of the parts clearly labeled. It took 2 people a little over an hour to put together. So in summary, the quality, the safety, the 5 year warranty, and the fun lights make this an easy choice! Would definitely recommend!!
Arrived fast! Easy to assemble, but the handle to help pull the springs broke on the first one. Luckily we had tools to make it work. The child is extremely happy to have a trampoline to jump on, mom and dad had fun jumping too. Great way for the child to get some fresh air and exercise while we are cooped up and not about to go the park and play.
Came with half the parts unable to put the trampoline together. Zero legs to the trampoline were sent. Bought as a Christmas gift and just now putting together. Kids are devastated
I had this trampoline for two years. It was out, in the elements, for over a year only. I had it in the attic during Covid and just assembled it again. I have the 15ft version and it is not cheap but materials used in its construction are very cheap. The protective matt and the poll sleaves are made of the same material as the blue poly tarp from Home Depot - it would be impossible to look classy in your backyard with this selection. I tried to position the trampoline so it is not visible by neighbors and street because it looks very junky. In addition to the easily recognizable cheap material the sewn parts are failing (see attached photo). This is happening on multiple locations. There are tie down strings underneath and most of them have ripped preventing the pad from being fully protective. Most of the elastic bands have lost their elasticity, you know like on a pair of very tired underwear, and now they are floppy extra long strings that just dont work as intended. The UV has deteriorated the Oodles, used as cushion on the vertical poles, and many are crumbling and dont have the structure you can rely for protection. I managed the assembly alone; can it be easier - yes it can. My disappointments were mostly with the quality of the materials used from the wing nuts to the and unfinished steel tubbing to the blue tarp and elastic bands. This product should be build to last more than a year but it is not.
14 tramp was a gift... Very easy to assemble, my 10 year olds read and assembled with minor help with the springs and lifting the frame and a minor issue with the final tubes not lining up. Nothing a set of channel locks to twist the tube less then an 1/8, probably due to uneven ground.
There was some small difference between pic in ad or direction vs. actual product: but most of them where upgrades.
1. Ladder, has plastic steps that are angled to have a level flat step that gives more traction, and the bottom legs no longer end at a point but bends around to the next leg. I see both these as an improvements to the tramp.
2. The vertical safty net tubes, used two bolts to attach, and a 3rd bolt (or pin) was just to hold the frame together, they removed the third bolt and now just used two bolts to tie everything together. This is neither an upgrade or downgrade. Just making more cost efficient and faster assembly time. As there are less holes in frame and less bolts that really did not do anything.
3. The picture show wing nuts, they are now using nylock nuts, i see this as a safty upgrade, but takes a little more work to Assemble, as you need a Supply tool to tighten, but they do NOT loosen up over time and the hardware is ss. So better.
4. The padding instruction said to hook outer elastic straps instead they had to be tied.
We did not get a chance to install the net all the way, waiting for a cable line to be moved bext week. But the kids jump for the last two days. This product
Pro:
1. easy assembly that kids could even do with supervision
2. Higher load capacity at 375, as it will be test repeatly as im 66 350lb.
3. Nice ladder.
4. Higher count of springs over other brands.
5. Fast shipping, a week and half.
Cons:
1. Missing hardware 12 plastic clips for base
2. Clearer assembly pics.
3. Cover is so so
Few things that might makenit better but cost more.. yellow cadiume or 304 springs, much better cover with a much better way of securing the cover. Double the number of straps for the padding. Remove u hooks, add 4 or 6 screw hooks and some dyneema lines.. this would secure it durring wind storms.
Eitherway, I am extremely happy with the product. Have not emailed them about missing parts yet, but so far worth the recommendation!

Great sturdy trampoline
Bought this for my grandson and he loves it! Assembly was easy and it arrived a few days earlier than expected.
Very well built trampoline with Safety as a top priority

cheap materials; falling apart after 1.5years of being outside.
