They responded to my issue very quickly. very nice affordable and available bed. took me 2 hrs to put together by myself. I hate Allen wrenches. Its sturdy for my heavy heavy 14 inch mattress.

Nice accent piece for room For the money for a young child (pre-teen) this bed is an excellent bargain fit. It was extremely easy to put together by myself and the instructions and hardware were detailed carefully marked. The blue color came out awesome! My daughter loves it.
