Part of the order was damaged during delivery but Scott with Dreamscapefurniture was extremely helpful and willing to help me out in whatever way was best for me. The bunk bed itself is really nice and all the storage space is great!
Quality workmanship! We are extremely happy with this set. It is exactly as described with all real wood construction and lovely gliding drawer hardware. I do wish the drawer assembly was pre-drilled to attach to the bed frame. It just slides under with no way to attach it, so the whole piece moves around when you use the drawers. We are thinking about ways to remedy this. Definitely measure your space before purchasing. I never dreamed the length was a concern. I was only worried about that height because we have a low ceiling. The height is fine, but we only had four inches to spare on the length when I had expected to be able to access three sides for bed making. All in all its a wonderful piece and I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking.
Five Stars love the color We purchased this bunk bed for our 6 year-old and 2.5 year-old sons. They instantly loved the bed. As parents, we were looking for a bunk bed that had storage and was safe for our children. This bed has excellent storage for both children and with the steps, it is very safe. With all the features provided however, we made some modifications to add to safety since our 2.5 year-old son is a natural climber. We added a door for the staircase so that only our 6 year-old has access to the top bunk. We also needed to add a window fence for the staircase to prevent access to the stairs through the bottom bunk. Overall, this was a perfect fit for our home and is highly recommended.
100% satisfaction I was able to assemble this in under 2 hours, even after making a few mistakes and waiting for my wife to get home to help me lift the top bunk into place. It seems exceedingly sturdy. It supports my 170 lbs of weight without a problem on both the top and bottom. It doesnt have a lot of play when I moved it across the floor to access the side against the wall. My kid loves the storage options and the top bunk, which hes dying to try out.
I would suggest that maybe a handrail can be added? Its not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to see. None of the pieces had any blemishes or were marred, which truly amazed me. The packaging waste was minimal, in my opinion, for something so large. Great bed overall with only minor issues that can be overlooked.

They also provide good storage, the dresser built into the stairs we use for underwear, socks, and bathing suits. It took my husband about 3 1/5 hours to assemble from start to finish and found it pretty straight forward. When putting it together there were 2 spots were the wood had split when they shipped it. I contacted the seller and replacement pieces were sent right away without hassle. This was a great purchase!
This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there. This bed was a big investment so you can assume it has standards to live up to. Ive had this bed for 4 years now and it is still living up to its quality. Definitely worth the price, it is expensive but it will last you. I havent had one problem with this bed the whole time Ive owned it. And thats including the fact that it has been moved all around my room and even moved once to a different house and still nothing. I hope it remains strong for the years to come but for sure recommended. It also looks exactly like the picture and to be honest I didnt have any issues when assembling it. It takes 2 for sure and a little common sense but nothing out of the ordinary. Its actually one of the easier things to assemble. The only thing Ive had a problem with in the past is the wood from the droors getting a little moldy or mossy when the air was very humid at times due to it being unfinished wood. But it wasnt an actual issue just the only problem Ive ran into so far. Wonderful bed though this is the way to go.
