1966, Corinthia plush, well made and comfortable

This chair is designed to look like a chair from the 1960s. Similar designs are visible on the sets of The Brady Bunch, Bewitched and in magine photos of the homes of NASA heroes. This very chair is seen in photos of the home of Marge Slayton and Annie Glenn. Todays styles reflect a melange of everything from the 50s through the 80s. Since youve come this far, lets assume the style appeals to you. The cost is reflective of the quality. The construction is solid/very solid/ and the frame holds my 295lb frame without a creak or complaint. The is a buttery corinthian , soft and comfortable with a sense that it breaths. The chair is designed for comfort. The angle of the seat lifts the knees slightly which relieves pressure on the cocyx and lumbar. The arms are wide and long so that the arms are lifted just enough to remove tension from the neck and shoulders. This chair takes up the same space as a full/sized wing back. Its not a delicate piece for an anteroom oe a subtle corner. The box in which its delivered is large and heavy, but the only assembly required is to attach the legs. This chair is solid, comfortable and likely to last a very long time.

    Perfectly wonderful chair!

This chair is wonderful! The is so soft and comfortable. And the chair is large / my granddaughter was able to curl up in it right away. The legs come in a hidden compartment underneath and are no problem to attach. The loose pillow at the back can zip off if there is a need. Totally thrilled with the design, the color and texture of the , the workmanship and the comfort / not at all stiff like so many other chairs. Arrived well packed and protected in perfect condition.

Beautiful And Well/Built: A Tufted Mid/Century Chair Review

The tufted mid/century chair, made in China comes in a large box and needs some minor assembly. The legs are stored in the interior of the seat, with zippered access. Assembly basically included unscrewing the legs from the interior and screwing them into the holes on the bottom of the chair. Then the rear pillow is set into place. The assembled chair measures 35 square and about 32 tall. The rear pillow just rests into place without Velcro or anything to keep it in place. The pillow stays in place for the most part, but can easily be toppled over. The chair back and the pillow do have a fabric area to help reduce slippage. Velcro could be added to this area if pillow movement becomes an issue for you. I should have measured my spot before selecting this chair. Now that I have the chair, I realized that its too deep for where I wanted to place it. I have an alternative spot where it fits, its just not where I initially intended to place the chair. If you like mid/century modern furnishings, the tufted mid/century chair is a beautiful and well/built option to consider. The design is spot on, the chair is comfortable, and the brings it all together. PROS: Simple assembly Hardwood frame 1 year warranty CONS: Large footprint

You get what you pay for

For the money, this is a fine couch. Its top grain rather than full grain . Its a beautiful color. Couch arrived dry as a bone, but three coats of Honey over three days solved it. I condition all my furniture every 3 months and that little bit of work pays huge dividends. Note the backing pillows are removable but the bench seat is not. The bench seat is on the firmer side, which I like. This is not a couch to plop on and sink into. Its a sturdy, mid/market piece of furniture.

    LOVE this Sofa with Chaise!

I highly recommend this Sofa with Chaise! It arrived beautifully wrapped, and was a breeze to assemble! It is perfect for smaller spaces where larger sectionals will not fit. It is one of my favorite purchases in a long time, and the price point was terrific!
