I was looking for a 2nd medium sized luggage bag and originally purchased the 28 inch size. It arrived fast . Looked good but it was too big for my needs and promptly returned it . I then purchased the 24 inch bag and it arrived in 1 day . Very fast service . I really liked the smaller 24 inch luggage bag better . Not too big and not too small . Looks sturdy . I set the / lock code following the easy instructions . Everything is good so far . I’ll follow up later on how it makes it through various airline baggage handlers .

The 24” allowed enough space for a 4-6 day trip.
These are amazing. I got the set of three and an additional carry on to travel to Europe. We’re back and except for a tiny little scratch in the back of the big one (not very noticeable) they are in great condition! They are very lightweight and the 360 wheels make it easy to move around. Definitely recommend.
After only a one time use it already got quite some damage on the outside.
TBH I was a bit surprised (or dissapointed?) by that, but overall it is a nice lightweight suitcase, i guess.
We got the 28 suitcase. It maneuvered easily, zippers worked smoothly and it is lightweight. However on our first trip, a wheel came off! I am spending lots of time to somehow order a wheel replacement!
Received today, returning to tomorrow via UPS. I really wanted to like this suitcase, especially since it fits Uniteds carry-on size limitations. The inner zipper on the larger side was stripped and zipper pull fell off, and there was a scratch on the outside of the case (see photos). Plus the side with the laptop area takes up A LOT of space, not leaving enough room for a weekend of clothes and toiletries. I do like the color. Sad hat this didnt work out.

Versatile lightweight yet sturdy suitcase
Good suitcases. Easy to forget how to reset the locks. I’m including a photo of the reset instruction card. Hope that helps someone!

Love this suitcase, took it to the U.K, sturdy, was surprised how much I could fit in.
