This is the second hall rack purchased from this vendor. Weve found that the racks are sturdy, well made, and an excellent choice nestled next to the front door with ample hooks to stow coats, scarves, and shoes.
This item is Better than expected. I was nervous about ordering this but it turned out great. My nonhandy kid was actually able to put it together on her own. Its a nice accessory.
This shelf is absolutely beautiful and definitely solid bamboo as advertised. I weigh about 230 lbs and can comfortably sit on the bench with no worry at all, its quite sturdy. The hooks hold a lot too.
I absolutely love this thing. I dont have a coat closet, so having one of these is very convenient. It looks great and can hold a ton of stuff. It wasnt very hard to assemble either. I was sent a wrong part for assembly so I emailed them about it and they replied pretty quickly and sent out the right part, so extra points to them for great customer service.
Really nice product but
1. Came without 36 screws; 2 different sizes. The manufacturer wanted 12 to mail to me and said it would take 4/5 days. s resolution was to return the ENTIRE product and try again. The box is big and heavy, not durable to re/package and ship so Im just winging it at Lowes/HD. They gave me sizes by email of the screws *but* when I purchased them, they were wrong so. Winging it.
2. The top shelf is cracked. Its only going to be holding board games so Im not worried but still sucks. Its a clean break and you wont be able to tell when its up there.
3. All the screw holes are different sizes. Ive been to Lowes twice and used whatever random screws Ive got around my house. Last resort/ GORILLA GLUE on the screws!
Its together. I am done.
