So to begin with, I had an issue with delivery, after waiting the 3-5 weeks ( dont honestly remember how long) it said it was delivered but in the wrong state. I contacted the seller of which got back to me right away, they were able to send my chairs back out and I got them a couple days later. I love them, they arent too big, and super easy to set up. Customer service was awesome! I would buy from them again!
I had fun building these chairs, however, I was very careful and deliberate. The video helped, though the steps were different from the included instructions. So, follow the instructions, but use the video as a guide. You will be rewarded with 2 great chairs!
After ordering one chair and loving it, I then ordered another one and have a perfect set! Incredible service and super fast delivery- many thanks to the seller!
One issue is FedEx Ground. While received quickly, FedEx thought it was ok to leave this huge box outside my building? Yes, outside in the elements. I live in an 80 unit condo, on the 9th floor- a dog walker called me from outside via intercom to advise? Shame on FedEx - no excuse for such poor service.
These chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. Seller is very responsive as I ordered 2 chairs but received only one. Contacted seller through portal and got the update on the shipment of second chair very fast. I have received both of the chairs and love these chairs.
