Be very careful as the wood veneer is paper thin.

I am pretty handy so no big deal putting this together if you follow directions. Took about an hour. The most important think is lay this on blankets or something soft as you work/assemble because if you sneeze on it it will leave a mark. The veneer is SUPER thin. Other than that it works as intended. More important my wife likes it !

Sturdy, but wont hold up over time

This table looks good when built, but I can tell it wont hold up well to normal wear and tear. It was difficult but not impossible to put together. I like this product, but dont feel it will still look good in a year

Great except when trying to clean it

You cant use paper towels otherwise tiny pieces end up sticking to the top so I just use rags and it gets clean just fine. You can tell the tabletop isnt great quality by looking at it under broad daylight, but its super sturdy, a great place for storage, and extra eating space or workspace. You can put quite a bit of weight on the tabletop while its lifted. You do have to keep in mind that you should try to pull it up from the center otherwise it doesnt lift very well, other than that it pops up really easily.

    Solid Table

This is a very well designed piece of furniture. One of the best that I have purchased and built.

Very nice table for the price.

Looks perfect with my new sectional. And not all that difficult to put together.

    Checked off all the boxes!

This table has exactly the features I was looking for / lots of storage, and sturdy enough to act as foot/leg rest. It was also economically priced. The table was boxed well, but it was incredibly heavy. I struggled to pull it in the house after it was delivered (Im a reasonably strong middle aged woman). I was intimidated by some of the other reviews stating challenges with assembly, but I consider myself reasonably competent at putting things together. So, I bit the bullet and unpacked the components. After confirming receipt of all the pieces (which were labelled well), I began assembly. It took about two hours (25 steps), and I was able to do all but the lift/ top on my own. I needed a second set of hands to help lift it on and hold it steady while I screwed in the hardware. The finish is quite nice, and I only noticed one blemish on one of the legs. It is not noticeable, so I am not concerned at all. Overall, I couldnt be more pleased with the quality, features, and ease of assembly. The only reason I didnt give the table 5 stars is related the lift/top. It does require two hands to move, and doesnt feel as solid as Id like. I worry that it may be too flimsy to stand the test of time.

    Sturdy table and works great!

This table is great for the money. Takes a while to assemble. Definitely want to use a driver and not hand tools cause there are so many screws. Works perfectly and smoothly when raising and lowering the top as well. Love the for extra storage.
