Im currently enjoying my king size bed and head board. It was super easy to assemble, the only thing is that one of the sides of the head board was ripped and is still a little loose after assembling!
Why is it so hard to find assembly instructions. I found a YouTube video on it and the guy totally skipped putting the wings on, then I downloaded assembly instructions from the website and they did the same thing. Super disappointing
I was very careful to measure everything before purchasing this mattress foundation, but the image of the measurements was deceptive. The frame edges are less than 7 inches off the ground, which means that none of our underbed bins can fit under it. It was a real disappointment, especially since I had consciously chosen it thinking they would fit. I will have to either return it or get some kind of stilts or risers otherwise it is completely useless for storage.
Super impressed with how it was packaged. Easy to assemble. Took about an hour. Only issue was the right side panel had 2 small rips. Disappointing but not worth returing the whole thing. 1/2 star off.
One of my best purchases off ! I love my bed frame! Only thing is the the sides of the headboard I couldnt get them to stay on the headboard, so I just stuck them in the headboard and it still looks great.
Sturdy and easy to assemble. Removing one star as the back of the headboard has the chain and it is stitched the stitch came out due to load during transportation at one side. I glued it back with tape, Its nor visible as it is at back.Attaching a pic of the same ( removing 1 star because of this )
I was hesitant about buying this bed in a box but there were so many positive reviews I decided to chance it. The box is incredibly heavy.Im not sure how the delivery guy got it up to my second story apt alone. I could barely manage to slide the box into my apartment by myself. But once I got the box open, it was pretty easy to assemble.until I noticed that both the headboard and footboard were warped to the point that it was unusable.
I contacted customer support / nothing for days. Luckily has fantastic customer support and I just requested a return and ordered a new one. Returning the whole box proved a challenge since I had to repack everything and had to wait all day for UPS to come pick up the box.
The new bed arrived and everything was in great condition. I assembled the whole thing alone in about an hour and its very sturdy. All in all.you are taking a chance by ordering a bed that comes shipped in a box.there are going to be inevitable dings and flaws in some shipments because, well.its shipped in a box! But if youre willing to take that chance, the bed is great for the price.

Great for the price
The material and color are great, the only thing is the back board is a little wobbly even after I tightened it.
Underbed bins cannot fit under it/ it is too short

2 small rips but over great

Small Wings
Wings are much shorter/smaller (do not stick out as far) than the picture and dimensions show.
