Couch abruptly started falling part at the 3 month mark. Not just springs popping up, Im talking wood splitting. Would not recommend unless you need furnature that wont get used.
Sturdy, yet comfy cushions. Easy to put together (just time consuming). Sits low to the ground. Great value.
I had bought my initial five pieces from another vendor, but later decided to add two additional armless seats. My original vendor was sold out, so I went through this vendor. SUPER fast shipping! Item arrived in flawless condition. These piece are exactly what I was looking for. If you have a narrow doorway or any other issue stopping you from getting a traditional sofa, this is your answer. These seats are on the firmer side of things, which I love. I prefer firm furniture, but some people dont. Highly recommend!
I would like to start off this review by saying that shipping was very quick and assembly was very very easy and overall the piece of furniture looks good. That being said I do not find this sectional to be very comfortable. I also wish that the seat cushions were removable. Due to the set up of our living room we need a small sectional and this fit the bill. We have not had the sectional that long therefore I cannot speak as to its durability hopefully it will last. From a price standpoint these guys have everyone else beat, I was able to purchase a five piece sectional for under $800 shipped to my door! Now if the seat cushions were removable and it was just a little more comfortable to sit on I would have given it five stars!
We bought this couch after we figured out that a normal sized sectional would not fit through the landing in our basement. We had our hearts set on a sectional downstairs, so a modular couch was the perfect solution. This couch is solid and comfy with a very modern look. I was worried that it would be uncomfortable along where the pieces met, but that was not the case. I also like that you can rearrange or add pieces if we decide to down the road. Initially, one of the pieces were damaged obviously during delivery, but was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They quickly resolved the issue and replaced the damaged piece.
I order the 7 piece! Everything was there and it was pretty easy to put together. Took about hour and 45 minutes. If your looking for a specific color just pay close attention to what color you chose. I wanted black but apparently I chose A and only because I wanted the ottoman it too be longer. If I would have paid close attention I would have saw that I could order pieces separately. Either way it all work out and I love
Ordered both ends for a love seat. If the quality were ok, Id have ordered more parts. These are small. If you want to put a sofa or something in a child or teenagers room, these would be perfect.
Build quality is decent enough. Materials are ok. Cushions are just foam. Seats only extend 20 past the back cushion so sleeping on these may not work out for you.
If you are looking for a full sized sectional for a family, I would not recommend these at all. If you are looking for some decent looking furniture for a reception room, these may do. I dont think they are comfortable enough to lounge on for more than an hour.
I am not disappointed. These were not a waste of money. However, they are no longer going to be used as a living room sofa solution. They may look nice in the guest bedroom next to a bookshelf.
These sectionals do run a little smaller and firmer than the standard American couch. This makes them perfect for apartment use, or significant others who have a need to re-organize. I hope these remain available in case I need more!
Update 2021:
Bought a second set and they have changed the design. I was surprised/not surprised. Other sectional manufacturers change their designs every 6 months to 2 years. If you ask the salespeople at the furniture stores they will tell you this. The clips are the same design - not the same placement, and the attachment of the pillows has changed.
The first set has held up well through 3 moves and daily use. They are easy to dissassemble and reassemble.
Now buying a 3rd set.
The quality of this item is not awesome, but the price is. We went ahead and purchased it because of the price and style. One of the backs of the sections broke in a few months. The vendor replaced the item for free. We were impressed by their great customer service.
The product is exactly as described. Easy to assemble. Put all 7 pieces together in 3 hours. Only reason for giving 4 start instead of 5 is there was a little issue with shipping. Only 6 of the 7 pieces were originally shipped, but seller was very quick to respond to any inquiries and to ship the final piece. About a week after the first 6 pieces arrived, we got the 7th one and the final product looks great in my living room. Because of the sharp angles of the doors and low ceiling in my apartment, traditional sectionals from furniture stores wont fit (pieces too big). This is perfect since each seat and ottoman came in separate boxes and there was no problem getting in the apartment.
