Its not bulky and not ridiculously flimsy. It says each bed holds 400lbs I dont mind testing the bottom, but Im not as willing to test the top. It is a perfect addition to my middle bedroom. Nice finish
Some of the bars were a little difficult to line up. I took the end rails above the ladder off because it was too difficult for my daughter to climb down / even for me when I tried it out! Its a lot easier to get up and down now, just make sure to secure the anti/toppling straps to keep the bed from wiggling when youre going up and down the ladder! My daughter loves it and definitely creates a lot of space / her Barbie dream house and toy box both fit under this bed with no issues and still space to spare. fits perfect in my home
I must of under estimated the width of my sons twin size mattress. Clearly I need a guard rail for the guard rail. They do state the recommended size, I just didnt think ours could be so far off. The mattress in the ad picture is teeny lol! So the width just something to keep in mind.
I assembled myself, 40yo female, took about 2 hours taking my time. Not difficult, kinda tedious.
I feel like there could be more support under the bottom bed.

Assembly was tough. The directions do not specify which side is out nearly enough. My husband had to take pieces off and switch them around multiple times. He was VERY frustrated, but he got it done. It was missing a few of the black pieces that secure the platform rails, but it doesnt seem to matter. The rails are a little lightweight for my taste, but we have slept with over 350 lbs on the bottom full once, and it doesnt seem to be any worse for the wear. Usually its just my little boys, so its great for them. Overall, its a good buy and it looks nice. youll be content

Came with extra parts in cause of any were lost that was very useful. The bed can be shaken easily and you can hear it squeak when it does shake, not sure if that is good or bad but we shall see later on if it breaks or not. It looks pretty good.

It was not as sturdy as I hope for. The bed shake when my boy toddler move in bed (top level) Considering returning

Super easy to put together especially if youre a visual learner. It was tedious BUT fairly easy to put together! Definitely recommend! Im happy
