Good bar stools, perhaps a little pricey?

Be prepared for a heavy parcel to arrive, if you order a pair of these – about 18 kgs and 620 x 510 x 330 mm. That isnt a complaint but it may be useful to know. Id recommend opening the bottom of the box rather than the top, to make it easier to extract the contents. Having said that, the instructions and fixing bolts are at the top. But you can extract those once everything else is out, or open the top as well so that you can flatten the box when finished. They go together easily enough and are comfortable, with more back support than on most bar stools. The gas struts work well although Ive found with others that they tend to stop maintaining the chosen height after a year or two. These may be better. The leather has a pleasant, matte, slightly orange peel finish. Its similar to the look of matte paint applied with a roller. We like it. Were not sure about the quilted finish but its at least different. It wipes clean easily enough. Regarding colour, be aware the black bases show every little speck of dust and dirt they pick up, so need frequent cleaning. White and grey seem better in that respect. Chrome is best but of course that needs polishing, so doesnt really help. A word of warning, if you have young children about. They cant resist constantly swinging on bar stools that let them, crashing the backrests into whatever surface theyre sitting at, potentially damaging the leather. Fixed seats prevent that. I hope thats vaguely helpful. Were pleased with the stools. They seem a little pricey, at £159.99 per pair, but if you like the appearance theyre probably worth it.

Very comfy and super easy to build - looks incredible

This set of 2 bar stools are perfect for breakfast bars or use in the kitchen. The bar stools can swivel 360 degrees and feature a padded PU leather back and adjustable height. Whilst not real leather, Id much prefer PU leather vs Bonded as this wont crack over time. The texture of this leather was very smooth and the overall quality of this was superb. The bar stools feature an excellent height range and they look great too. The bar stools have a nice sturdy base and dont shake or wobble. Assembly took all of 5 minutes, which just involves inserting the stem into the base and screwing the bottom of the seat to the leg rest via the bolts. The included footrest means you can use it with your kids also and provides good support for feet. These barstools feel really good in quality and priced at £159.99 for 2 (working out as £80.00 for one), its a decent price. There are cheaper options available on the market but these do compromise on quality and sturdiness or even height adjustments. These bar stools have simply blown me away!

A refreshing change to a popular design style

Wow! These are really easy to put together. They are nice and comfy with a little back support. They are a great quality seat. Strong welded joints on the foot rests. I quite like the quilted seat pattern and the design of the foot rest. These are different to the circular ones commonly used. They are well padded, feel and look expensive, I particularly like the nice matte finish.

    Perfect

As we gave a small house we have nowhere for a dining table so I thought I would try these up against our console table and they fit and look absolutely amazing. Quality is beautiful just stunning all round!

    Comfortable Padding

I found these really easy to assemble, only 4 pieces to join using the well designed instructions. The chairs have a spring loaded piston which allows you to raise and lower the seat by pushing the lever underneath. The seats can adjust from knee height to hip height so can be used as a chair or a high stool. The seat padding softer than I was expecting and really comfortable. The leather is easy to clean with a damp cloth too. A foot rest allows your feet to perch for when the chair is at max height. These are ideal for a kitchen table or breakfast bar.

Stable, chic, stylish, simple to assemble and good quality.

These were super simple to assemble, it took just over 15 minutes to do both. The instructions were simple and clear. The instructions made clear to remove the hydrolic cap and also on the caps had a sticker to point out which part to removed before assembly. The appearance of these stall is makes them look quite stylish and chic. The overall build quality is a good standard. The faux leather is a good realstic substitute. It looks easy to clean too. All the coating of the stem and base seems durable and hard waring. The mechanism works very well and allows reasonable control. Theyre heavy enough to be stable but light enough to move around to reposition if required. They feel solid. Im six foot and fifteen stone and I find them comfortable and offer reassuring stability. These came well packaged and each part well protected from potential damage.

    lovely quality stools

This review is for the Bar Stools set of 2, Adjustable Kitchen Stools with Backs, Padded Breakfast Bars. Amazing quality stools. 2 in a pack, really well made and look a lot more expensive than they are. Super comfy and well padded. Dead impressed.

    Lovely bar stools!

This set of 2 bar stools took about 10 mins in total to assemble. They arrived in one box and were well packaged, to reduce any damage in transit. I usually dread putting together any furniture, but this was really easy. Instructions were clear and tools were included (screws and an alum key!). The stools feel well made, they look good and should be long lasting. The grey leather and steel is lovely and compliments my kitchen very well. The stools feel very solid and the air lift mechanism works well so is highly adjustable. Just make sure you remove the protection cap before assembling, as this is quite easy to miss. I will be ordering a couple more of these stools to finish off my kitchen!

    Excellent

These are really smart and a great upgrade from the plain old black ones i had previously with a lovely soft faux-leather quilted look and a lovely dove grey colour. The box was heavy and cumbersome but the stools were delivered without damage and were easy to assemble with excellent instructions provided. They have hydraulic lifting and lowering, just remember to remove the hydraulic caps when assembling and they also swivel. Really pleased with them!!

    Not exactly what I thought

I was impressed with these when I opened the box and saw how well packed they are with gloves to put on, spare screws and an Allen key. Unfortunately, the instructions werent so good and I ended up getting a piece of plastic stuck inside the weight mechanism and that took some doing rectifying. As for the stools themselves, they are about comfy as stools can be but you really need a large kitchen to swallow their bulk. Also, Im not sure what context a totally grey stool works in but I would suggest unless you live in a minimalist concrete bunker you might find the grey is overwhelming when you see it life size; but each to their own. The other drawback is that my son cant use these stools because hes just over the 18.5 stone weight limit but thats partly on him. Comfortable, well made stools but surely the colour needs a re-think.
