    Nice little table

With the caveat that I got this at about 1/3 the regular price on a warehouse deal, this is a perfect little table for my purpose. I just needed something for a lamp and a cup of tea next to my sewing chair so I didnt want to break the bank, but still have it be pretty. That said, its an mdf table, so dont expect miracles. Its a bit light so when you go to use the drawer it wants to wobble a little on carpet, havent tried it on solid flooring. I wouldnt keep valuable knick knacks on it, but then its small enough one assumes one wouldnt anyway. A weighted decoration on the lower shelf, and some wax on the drawer slider would probably solve most of that. Very pretty colour. Very dark, but still red/brown, not that nearly black that most espresso coloured is. For what I paid Im SUPER happy with it. would I pay in the regular 170 range for it? Probably not. Or at least if Covid werent a thing and I could thrift find an all real wood table I liked.

    Impossible to attach the shelf!

The legs were easy to attach, but the shelf. Im usually able to assemble small to medium furnishings without too much trouble, but this product has defeated me. The pre/drilled screw holes for attaching the brackets were not deep enough and in one case totally missing. I got out my drill to solve the problem and discovered the wood is extremely hard. Admittedly, I am a petite 67 yo woman / and could not drill much further into the wood. I am going to hire a (strong) handy man who (hopefully) will be more successful. The screws themselves are of poor quality, and easy to strip. Which might not be a problem if the holes were drilled correctly. But it looks nice!

It wa not easy to assemble. Screws stripped, wholes had to be drilled deeper.

I used the table against a wall. It looks very nice and once it was assembled I liked it. But it was not easy to do.

    Issues when assembling

Looks nice when its finished, color and everything. Only issue was assembling it. The holes were wrong and the angles for the middle brackets were off. Took me and hour and a half when it should have taken 10/15 minutes.
