Easy to setup, solid trampoline, all the parts seem to be solid construction. Customer service was excellent, was missing a few poles and contacted the seller they were super friendly and shipped out the parts immediately. Would definitely recommend this product.
Overall easy to assemble. One spring was missing but we already had it assembled so we just went out and bought a single spring, as they were unable to ship a single spring. Its very sturdy and my toddler loves it!
My granddaughter who is two years old loves this trampoline. Not only does she have fun just simply jumping she will also go inside and lay down and watch her YouTube kids shows on her iPad. Being a small woman trying to figure out how to manage the springs etc. was a challenge. Once I did that It was a piece of cake to assemble. Our young eight month old dog (pomaranian) recently chewed all the yellow pole pads off as well as chewing the zipper. I contacted the company and they agreed to send a new net! I am so happy not only with the product itself but also great customer service! I highly recommend this product!

finally set it up, took hours. This trampoline is a ok size for indoor. It is a good add/on for 8 years old kid to release energy since March lock down. Hope it can last longer .
The product seem to be sturdy and can hold 2kids at a time. Instructions are poor and the tool that came with package to tighten the bolts is useless. The basketball hoop is a great addition. The stitches on the yellow borders that connects the elastic strap wont hold for a long time. Overall great product.
My daughter is a bouncer girl! We bought this trampoline as a replacement for the 3 FT round bounce trampoline. All of the necessary tools are included to assemble this. The assembly of this trampoline took me around 50minutes,most of time I assembled the springs. The spring is high quality. After complicated, I found it can afford my daughter and me easily. Importantly, its a safer trampoline. My daughter loves it!
Punctual delivery, high quality materials, very easy to assemble. I strongly suggest that we put it indoors or outdoors, and we set it up in the living room, where the kids can jump at any time, and the whole living room has been filled with laughter since we had this trampoline.
