As described. Not a 5 star because legs were inside chair with only a tiny slice of paper telling me that. If that paper had fallen out I would have returned it. You actually have to open the bottom to find the legs and screws. But it was very easy to put together once I found them.
Buying a chair online can be a crapshoot. This chair fit the bill perfectly. We have in the guestroom. And it fits nicely. Its sturdy, functional practical and at a decent price.
