product is good but i recieved and extra carton (Carton A) and they wont take it back via R.A. label. They said I should keep the extra parts for future repairs. I asked if i could buy another Carton B to to be able to assemble a whole new sofa and use it also and they said they had no extra Carton B. i don’t believe they manufactured just a porton of the sofa.
Customer service was amazing, they responded quickly to all my questions and they delivered before time. I was excited it was everything I wanted. I might order the extra piece to make it longer. Definitely recommend!!!
This is the second couch Ive bought like this! Not sure if its from the same manufacturer, but my older one (that I use for staging my listings) has a liner that hangs underneath... This new and improved version has an underlayment that looks like its glued completely underneath so NO HANGING FABRIC! However, my cats LOVE to scratch it so not sure how it will hold up.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this couch! Looks amazing in my living room and really elevates the space! Love the gold legs too! Excellent for small spaces! The cushions themselves are soft but super firm so its nice to sit on and you know they will hold their shape!
A few things to note:
1). The couch came PERFECTLY packaged so the sofa came wrinkle free and perfect right out of the box!
2). Since its on the smaller side, a larger person will dwarf it fairly easily and the seats are not deep. Definitely great for a more petite frame like myself.
3). There were no weird smells coming from this couch. Youd be surprised by some of the experiences Ive had before....Ive bought a Queen bed before and the chemicals were so strong in it that they smelled terrible and I couldnt get the smell to go away so I ended up eating the cost and getting rid of that bed frame and headboard.
Bottom line: Love this couch! If you want to elevate your living space and dont have a lot of room, this couch is for you! 5 STARS!!
Slick, modern look at an unbelievable price! We have been searching for a smaller velvet vintage look sectional for a few years now and was thrilled to find this at a price that was a fraction of others we had been seeing. Also, the color is so much more exciting than everything else we have seen. Looks perfect in our Southwest Bohemian home! Arrived in 2 very large boxes and fairly easy to assemble.
Was a little worried about comfort.. but it is so perfect in every way.. Spectacular color and so comfortable too.. love having the foot stool too.. would but again definitely!!
Perfect couch for replacing an old RV couch! This couch is easy to put together, each section is connected with brackets so easy to move pieces around. We move it all together at night for an extra bed. We do use a 2 mattress topper. Each piece also opens up for storage so we have extra room for blankets pillows and toys. Easy to run the seatbelts up the back. We elected to leave off the arms of the couch.

SEXY COUCH and GREAT FOR SMALL SPACES!
