I am in looove with this chair, have had it a few months and its held up perfectly (even with a 5yo boys use)!! Its soo velvety soft, comfotable, and affordable!! It arrived on time with everything you need - literally spent 5 minutes from unpackaging to setting it up. Ive received many compliments for its unique chic style AND comfort!!
Arrived in good condition. The color was just as pictured. Light weight so its easy to pick up and move. Easy and quick to put together. And its sturdy. Happy with my purchase.
UPDATED: replaced the chair and the replacement was acceptable, thus I have upgraded my rating.
I like the overall design of this chair but mine came with a few flaws...
Previous ratings mentioned factory flaws but I hoped they were a few bad apples. Mine has a few problems- hardware , slight fabric issue missing washers BUT fixed it expediently.
personally I think this chair looks even lovelier in person than it does in the photos presented here. the color is a rich shade of rose and the size and shape lend to an air of quality about it. that being said, I was fairly disappointed that the legs are not wooden but, in fact, steel with a sort of wood grain tape wrapped around them. also the velvet material seems to be a little delicate due to the fact that there are already a few small scratches in the fabric after I carefully assembled it. all that being said, if youre shopping more for esthetics than craftsmanship this could be the product for you! it fits perfectly with my home office decor and its comfy enough for long bouts of time spent at the computer.

Two downsides not mentioned in other reviews:
1. It REEKS like dead fish. Im hoping this scent will go away... in the meantime, candles essential oils galore.
2. Im using it as a desk chair, and its really not all that comfortable. It feels like a hard board underneath velvet... padding necessary.
