The company resolved this issue by issuing a credit. I think that was pretty fair.
The couch was torn up a little and the legs were obviously spray painted but its a nice couch but may not be perfectly assembled and its not soft at all Mine came with the wrong mounting brackets so I couldnt put the back part on. But the seller was helpful and its a nice looking couch.
The couch is sturdy, you get what you pay for... the cushions are not as plush as I would have liked however. Definitely an apartment couch, not a living room home couch; which is perfect for me at the moment. If you have a house however... please buy American made furniture from a store, not online, the quality will be much better. It will take time to assemble this couch, but this is what makes it sturdy. Great for small apartments. Needs better cushions and better fabric on the cushions.
Easy to assemble, comfortably, modern, and an awesome price! Love this couch set. It is on the smaller size but just right for the living space that Im using. Couches sit up high and are firm. The fabric isnt top of the line but will do. Packging was good and it arrived on time. Looks way better than I expected. No complaints here!
Actually, this is a GREAT sofa recliner, but it doesnt fit my small frame well. Im 52 and when I sit on it, my feet dont even reach the floor, lol! Its comfy in the reclining position, but I still feel like a midget! My husband is larger and he loves it. Also, it is not comfortable for me to lay down on this sofa...its too firm and I like plush and a bit softer. It came assembled, and its as big as a tank! Did make it through my door though, but not easily. Its HEAVY, so be prepared. This is probably very comfortable for bigger people, but if you are small, you may want something smaller. Other than that, its a great piece of furniture and will probably last forever.

Not worth the price
The cushions are very thin and not made to be a regular use loveseat. Perfect for a small side room that wont be used often.
