Unfortunately we received a defective part in ours and they were not able to replace it, but the company did offer to replace the entire bed for free or refund. Really too bad because the bed is otherwise very nice looking and not too difficult to assemble. Keep in mind however this thing is HEAVY and lots of parts.

I build two, one for a 11 year old and one for a 13 year old. both are solid and don't make noise when the kids are on them. I did but new 8" mattresses and that size works well for this bed. I was worried that a memory foam mattress would not be supported well with the bars underneath but they hold it just fine.
I’m so happy I purchased this! I share a bedroom with my daughter and she has always wanted her own bed. So now my four year old can have her own space without taking up too much room !!

?I liked the bed and it was easy to put together by myself and my 4 year old son loves it and he enjoys he has more space in his room to move around and play compared to having a full size bunkbed that takes up too much space, I'm now waiting on his led lights to come so I can put it around his bed so he can see at bedtime better to get up when he has to use the restroom. I'm get some pool noodles for the ladder so it won't hurt his feet when getting up or down the bed. It does makes noise hitting the wall a little bit when he moving around in the bed at night but im planning to get something to bolt it to the wall and see if that helps but overall I like the bed and give it 5 stars
Very nice and very high up from the ground. I took the bar off near my tv so I could jump down instead of using the little ladder and play games from the top. Get yourself an adjustable desk and you’re pretty much set for a cool setup.
Assembly was a hassle. But everything worked out great!
This is a nice bed. It took a bit to put together but was not overly complicated. It is a tiny bit wiggley but we tested it and it is sturdy. Overall I recommend.

This is a nice loft bed
