For the price, this was better than I expected! It is heavy and you really need 2 people to put it together. It was very well packaged. Every item was wrapped in plastic and had foam protection. The color is beautiful and there were no nicks. The instructions were very clear. Every screw went in easily. Sometimes we had to untighten some prior screwed in screws to adjust others but I think that is the purpose of the oval screw holes. My daughter is in heaven! It is a little wobbly, but for the price I’m fine with it. It is heavy and I don’t fear it will tip, but I’m not ready for more than 2 kids on top or 1 adult. It is exactly what we were looking for!

This could probably be fixed by securing the bed to the wall. The bars on the ladder are thin and painful to my feet (being an adult and about double my kid's weight), but they don't seem to bother him. The only thing that I would change is to have an opening at the top of the ladder/side railing to climb onto the bed more easily. As it is, you have to awkwardly stand on the top rung and sling your leg over the top of the side rail. Not sure if this was not built in because of safety reasons or regulations? We will see how it all holds up with time.
This bed was exactly what my granddaughter was hoping for; however, the bed was missing assembly directions, and the desk was missing the necessary bolts.
We bought this loft for our daughter who needed some more space for a desk. The desk attachment from this company is pretty expensive, so we just got the loft desk attachment from IKEA and made it pretty easily!! It's super strong and beautiful color. Our daughter has been in love with it, making forts and decorating. Definitely recommend!
Very happy with this bed. It’s was for my daughter and I wanted something that was not a junior loft, but still not too high since I have 8 ft. ceilings. It was easy for my husband and I (mostly me) to build it and I’m confident in its sturdiness. I will say, I’m going to buy slip grip tape because I’m maybe overly worried that she will slip one day on the metal stairs.

Very sturdy and quiet
Very sturdy for price. My 13 yr old assembled it by himself. He’s close to 175 lbs but this bed handles his weight fine, no squeaky noises.

My daughter loves it. Since school is virtual her desk sits under it so she can remain focused and study.

Not as I expected
Item arrived with rust stains. Directions specified parts that weren’t labeled. I was disappointed in the plastic pieces of the frame construction.
Very heavy. Have not completely assembled from.
