Love the bunk bed. Already had adults and kids sleep in it. It's very study. It did take a long time to put together (2 1/2 to 3 hours for two adults), but it's a quality product. I'm really happy with my purchase.
I brought this bed for my 11 year old daughter. She loves it. She did complain that the ladder hurts her feet. I took the advice of another reviewer and used pool noodles to cover the steps. Works great.

Package came intact. Contents (screws,washers,plastic clips (broken)) were scattered all over the box. Currently in contact trying to get replacemt parts for the broken pieces. Assembly can be done without the pieces that were broken. Once all hardware was accounted for instal was pretty straight forward. Untrained toolsman can put together in an hour or so. Sturdy my 5 yr old loves it. Great space saver
Excellent product, my child loves that the ladders steps are flat and not circular because it doesn't hurt her feet. I would highly recommend this product! The only downside is that the side rail had a pretty good size dent in it, so it's not perfect in my daughters eyes. Also, apparently if you live on an upstairs floor the delivery driver will not take it up the stairs. The box was too heavy for me to lift but I just opened it up downstairs and carried it up by pieces. The product itself is amazing, well built, sturdy and very sophisticated looking.

Not long or awkward like I expected it too. Super easy to put together. All the tools came with it with extra parts. Me and my 12 year old put it together in no more than 20 mins! And it was durable material that definitely served its purpose. Fit right under my twins bunk bed and now everyone has a bedOne happy mama!!
