Does take some time to put together, but great product Easy and quick assembly of bed. Only took us about 20 minutes. We had to laugh when we were done though because our mattress was a twin on this full size bed! Hahaha
There was a problem but they fixed it fast This was a gift for my son in college. I had it sent directly to him. He was able to put it together in less than a hour. He really likes how it looks and the storage room underneath.
The frame is nice to look at but watch out for the foot board..my knee is the victim of abuse .. I will be buying pipe covers to use as bumpers for those corners..also the frame is noisy after a few days of sleeping on it..

Dont fully tighten screws until just before the slats. This will help to square up the bed.
