great for the low price Putting the couch together was not too difficult, however, it appears the holes for two screws necessary to put the base of the couch together was never made. Im assuming this was a manufacturing error. I had to use an electric drill to screw the nails in which barely made it through because it feels like heavy metal towards the bottom of the armrest. After struggling with the nails I was able to proceed with putting the remaining pieces together. Its a beautiful couch and firm but comfy. Just beware of potential manufacturing defects.
Update to initial review, I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars due to the amazing service received from the sellers. After submitting my review the sellers contacted me issuing a full refund and sent a new couch with a complementary pillow. This is by far the best service I have ever received. I would recommend this couch to anyone and its sooooo cute, easy to assemble and comfortable!!!
Easy to assemble, light smell I decided to switch from leather sofa to velvet sofa for a new look in the living room. I expect to have an upgraded experience. Very good Not Perfect There is nothing to say about the sofa, it is very comfortable to sit on, breathable, and the colors and styles are very beautiful. The real thing is very beautiful. Thick material. No odor. Affordable. Warm Hermes orange color.The color is very versatile. I dont take pictures very much, but I cant capture its beauty. In short, it is highly recommended.
We bought this for our small coffee shop. It is not the most comfortable couch in the world but it is excellent for just sitting to visit or read for a little bit. Cant beat the price.
I really like this accent couch for my small apartment, easy to assemble and sturdy enough for the price. Small issue is I got two left handrails in the box by accident but the company was quick to fix this and send me the right handrail so fast. Now I am happy with this new couch for my new apartment.
