We bought this full on full, plus twin trundle bunk bed, so that we would have enough beds when family visits. It took awhile to put together because some holes in wood does not fit in with attachments. The ladder screws didnt work right or holes in them didnt fit into the other parts, so we had to buy other accessories to attach the ladder. There were several scratches on paint job little cracks on wood, but since we didnt want to have to return, we worked it out. Nice color and easy to assemble
The brushed grey finish was excellent. Assembly was tricky, took about 3 hours, but it came together great. We like it a lot. Only negative was a missing pack of screws to attach the slats / it could have dropped out during shipping as one of the boxes was opening up on one side. Was pleasantly surprised
Very happy with this product! I was worried about the quality with buying furniture online but it doesnt appear or feel cheap. Some of the wood pieces did come with dings in them but not noticeable if you arent looking for them and Im not too worried about it. Assembly wasnt hard just time consuming. Make sure you clear an entire day because it takes several hours especially since every piece requires an allen wrench. That would be my only compliant. Good price as well
Im very happy with this bed and my kids are over the moon. My ilder chuld wanted the lower bunk so we added 3 inch blocks under the top bunk with 5 inch screws. Then I matched the color in a semi gloss paint from home depot. Now I even fit under the bed with 6 inch mattress. The company didnt sell touch up paint but the one we chose looks great. Great value
Very nice finish on this bed. Its almost like its plastic coated, very think. The assembly is tedious, but that was expected. Only two issues with the bed. First was a missing piece of hardware, had to go to the hardware store. Second was a hole was drilled in the wrong location, drilled correct hole and finished assembly. Overall well worth the money. Excellent quality and Excellent choice
So far loving the bed sturdy feeling and only reason it does not get full stars is 1.it was missing screws for the slates for middle and top bunk but had them for the trend level. 2/ the only thing connecting the top and bottom bunk is lil wood pieces that the leg sit on and the ladder idk I just feel like something else should hold legs on the bed but I have rambunctious kids so it just worries me looks great Thank you for the excellent customer service
Lets see, arrived in four boxes which were mostly intact. During assembly I had to drill three holes which were missed at the factory. Many of the fasteners were missing(could see where they taped the bags closed) and none of the screws for the slats were included. Other than that the assembly went fine. The bed is pretty sturdy although I can already see where some bracing will need to be installed soon, the beds are for our 6 and 4 year old daughters and they love the bed. For the money we are happy with the purchase. I expect a few snags while assembling but to be missing that many fasteners is ridiculous. Still , it is a good bed for the money. Its a great deal for the money
Great bed. Holds my sister and her 4 kids. Love having the full on the bottom! Not terrible to assemble, but easier with 2 people. Not sure I could have done it myself. Only thing is thats its a pain to make the beds, but that comes with all bunk beds. Buying another one for a family vacation house. look great reliable.
I was scare to buy a big piece of furniture from here especially with the mix reviews of bad reviews and good reviews but we ended up loving it it looks nice. You have to look for the instructions all the way down in the boxes ,but its inside the boxes it had two different ones just follow the instructions Very reasonable too!!
