The first box came and the second one came the next day! I was super worried when we opened the first box and realized not everything in it. But thankfully the second box arrived the next day. I didnt have ANY bed bugs. After I already purchased this was when I read comments/photos of other customers having that problem so I did a DETAILED inspection before bringing the boxes inside. Good product!
Its a gorgeous bed and looks very royal. It would take a while to assemble though and you definitely need a helping hand and the different parts that come with it are very heavy. Please have the box delivered right to your doorstep because its not easy to drag up (especially if you live in a building without an elevator).
Also while putting the bed together, Id really recommend understanding every step well first and then tightening the screws / you do need to have a fairly decent engineering mind to visualize some of the steps because the diagrams provided in the manual may not be very clear. But once you figure all of that out and have the bed together its beautiful and very sturdy. I absolutely love it!!! Awesome!
My 10 year old daughter was begging to upgrade her bed and we had already purchased this bed in a King size for our master bedroom and knew it was a great value. It was packaged well and my husband put it together in about an hour. It was easy to just place the new queen mattress right onto it. My daughter loves her bed and it looks very elegant yet modern. perfect.
