I have some issues with the springs and Heidi took care of every issue very fast and helped me with the extra box of springs.She is awesome. Heidi absolutely wonderful and attentive. Everything was just as advertised. Highly recommend.
We managed to get it together, but a couple of the pieces were bent where they connected. We had to straighten them out with pliers. It seems to be ok now that its done, but I was definitely disappointed in the bent ends.
I have two boys that wanted this and I figured theyd have torn it up by now. So far its still standing and all is well. Seems to be very durable compared to the cheap blue trampolines you find at the store. Im very impressed and the higher weight limit is great so they can both jump on it together.
Took me a little over an hour to set this up, but this trampoline is a great addition to our relaxing time outside. I have a nice size backyard, so its perfect for us. I love that its something that the entire family can enjoy.

I bought this trampoline based on the reviews for my only child with a lot of energy to burn. Its been over a year now and through rain and snow its still going strong.
The ground that I have the trampoline on is not level so after sometime a crack started to form on the T connector. I called customer service and they said they will order the part from China. I thought to myself that Im never going to get it, but I was wrong. The part not only arrived within a week, but I got three T connectors for free.
The customer service is top notch and so is this trampoline I highly recommend this trampoline
We have only had it a few days, but I like that there are multiple screws holding the net on and that the net is towards the outside of the mat. The net seems sturdier than our old one. Make sure you put the black spacers the right way to allow the o-bolts to sink in to them and go all the way through. Get those tightened before you do the bottom bolts as I had a couple strip out when tightening the nut on them (glad there were extras) and you have to take the full net support bar off to take the o-bolt off and change it out. I cant get the zipper closed in the net, but hopefully will once it stretches a bit.
This was a really good purchase. They play on it every day all the time. I live some where hot, So when it rains it drys in a matter of time. i really thing you should buy it

The larger kids have to be reminded that they shouldnt jump with all their might because the trampoline doesnt look like it could handle such abuse for long. Other than that, we are extremely happy with our purchase.
