Absolutely what I needed. Sturdy, easy to assemble and they look lovely all for a grate price. We bought 2 of these for our girls room and my mother in law put both beds together with our 10 yr old within 2 1/2 hrs. And we love them.
comes with tools, can be raised or lowered for boxspring or mattress only. love that its very sturdy and didnt come with plastic slabs to hold mattress up it came with poles. would definitely recommend. I used a box spring it comes with hardware to raise or lower the bed and extra screws. I used the hardware to make the bed low and saved the other hardware to raise the bed should I ever want to just use my mattress.
Easy build, We originally bought one of these from Walmart 3 years ago for my oldest daughter. Once my youngest needed a bed we went looking but they were sold out on the Walmart Website. Lucky for us still had it in stock (we bought a twin bed in white). Its a great bed for little ones. I will say its not the most sturdy bed out there so if you have kids that rough house to the extreme or you need a bed for an adult, keep looking. Our girls jump and bounce and the bed does require a periodical tightening every so often of the bolts. Its never collapsed on us. As for a mattress, we have the Classic Brands Mercer 12 in. Hybrid Cool Gel Memory Foam and Innerspring Mattress on it. It fits perfectly.
