This is a nice-looking and decent enough sturdy bed for my queen mattress. Except for the strong smell that the headboard and toeboard come with rest all look fine for the price point. I just dont understand why the seller doesnt correct that not to have that smell as everyone complaining about the same point. But I see it slowly going away and the smell intensity is decreasing as its been over 10 days so far. But we are able to use the mattress without any box and can directly lay over it. Provided wood strips and rest all the build of the bed frame is great and nice. Iron frames look strong and sturdy, had nice detailed instructions to assemble took about 30-40 minutes with help of another friend.
The bed sat on my basement for a week airing, as it came with a very strong chemical smell in the fabric. After a week, the smell still there if you sniff very close. My husband cant stand the smell so we were unable to use this bed in our room as it was my plans. I am unable to return the bed, so it is on my basement where we have a space for visitors. The bed looks ok, nothing fancy, the fabric feels cheap, get dirty fast, is difficult to wash and get soiled fast when spot washing. The head board is not solidly attached and it moves, and if the bed is not against a wall the headboard doesnt feel strong when sitting against it in the bed. The slates feel strong and the base part of the bed doesnt move. The bed is low, ok for children. Putting it together was fairly easy for my husband, the instructions are step by step with detailed pictures. This bed is the kind of furniture for starters, is strong enough to do the job for few years but do not expect it to be passed along to your heirs.
This is a sturdy, well made bed frame, headboard, footboard, etc.
It has a modern, high end look to it.
Mine arrived in perfect condition and was not damaged in any way during shipping.
Its quite heavy, so carrying upstairs is probably a two-person job. I believe it weighs about 80 lb. I chose to remove it from the packing materials and take it upstairs piece by piece, which actually worked pretty well--none of its too heavy to carry as a single piece.
Assembly isnt too bad if you follow the instructions carefully. You need to look at the diagram carefully and also use common sense. But really its not that difficult. I highly recommend that you get a drill or electric screwdriver with a hex bit that will fit both sizes of screws that are used in this assembly. That will make the job go a lot faster and any mistakes will be much easier to correct.
Once assembled the bed looks beautiful and feels sturdy and stable.

This kit build bed is a pretty interesting design, and its neat how its stored in the back of the headboard, neatly packed inside. It takes a bit of time to assemble, but pretty easy and straightforward to build. The instructions are fairly easy to follow and maybe only found one tiny mistake in part labeling vs. the diagram. But the configuration of the side sections is as shown in the above photos, and the assembled result is shown. The backing of the headboard is not attractive if seen, but is hidden if backed against the wall. The bed has lots of legs and bracing for a sturdy build. The end result is clean looking, but not a high end piece of furniture. A good, functional end result, but maybe a little over priced?
Very easy to assemble by myself! Love this unique color and the storage is wonderful, the drawers are on easy slide wheels. Seems rather sturdy and secure! :) love this bed frame
I havent had it too long yet but it was easy to assemble, instructions were clear. I put it together in about 3 hours by myself, and I dont have a lot of muscle. I like the storage, its a nice feature. It takes some getting used to though. I stubbed my toe a lot the first couple weeks.
We have been trying to assemble this bed since we got and it has been weeks. PLEASE! It will be well worth it to pay extra for assembling this bed. Besides that! I think this bed is amazing material wise.

The drawers arent really attached to anything so its easy to start looking messy or move around but I have carpet
